1. Sanitize the nails and your client’s hands with JESSICA Sanitizer Spray.
2. Push back the cuticle, using the Cuticle Guard, and clean the surrounding nail plate.
3. Shape the natural nail using the Prepping File 100/180 grit.
4. Gently remove shine using the 100 side of the Gentle Foam Buffer 100/180 grit.
5. Remove dust and clean the nail using a JESSICA Nail Brush.
6. Wipe the nail clean with GELeration CLARIFY Nail Cleanser and PRO TOUCH lint-free wipe.
7. Apply GELeration PREP Nail Primer to the nail plate.
8. Apply a thin layer of GELeration START Soak-Off Base, sealing the free-edge. If necessary, clean excess from cuticle with a JESSICA Orangewood Stick.
9. Place hand in the PRO LED 30 Lamp for 10 seconds or UV Light for 1 minute.
10. Remove excess liquid and shine by stroking the nail from base to free-edge with Pro Builder 9 Brush.
11. Apply GELeration Soak-Off GEL Polish of choice in a thin layer from cuticle to free-edge. Be sure to seal the free edge. IF necessary, clean excess from cuticle area with a JESSICA Orangewood Stick.
12. Place hand in PRO LED 30 Lamp for 20-30 seconds or UV Light for 1-2 minutes.
13. Repeat Steps 11-12
14. Apply GELeration FINISH Soak-Off Sealer gel from cuticle to free edge ina thin, light layer. Be sure eto seal the edge of the nail. If necessary, clean excess from cuticle area with a JESSICA Orangewood Stick.
15. Place hand in PRO LED 30 Lamp for 30 seconds or UV Light for 1-2 minutes
16. Remove gel residue from nail with GELeration CLARIFY Nail CLeanser and PRO TOUCH lint-free wipe.
17. Apply JESSICA Phenomen Oil to the cuticle and skin surrounding the nail.
18. Massage JESSICA Hand & Body Emulsion into hands to add necessary moisture and complete the perfect gel manicure. *While applying, do not pull down on nail; apply to surrounding skin only.

STEP-BY-STEP REMOVAL WITH COTTON & FOIL

1. Using the Prepping File, gently file the surface of the GELeration nail to break the seal.
2. Place a cotton ball saturated with GELeration ERASE Soak-Off Remover over the nail.
3. Wrap in foil for 10 minutes.
4. Gently remove gel with a JESSICA Orangewood Stick.
5. Using the Soft Buffer, lightly buff surface of nail.
6. Apply JESSICA Phenomen Oil to the cuticle and skin surrounding the nail.
7. Massage JESSICA Hand & Body Emulsion into hands to add necessary moisture.

JESSICA’S PRO TIPS

• If necessary clean excess from cuticle using a JESSICA ORANGEWOOD STICK.
• Be sure to seal all edges of the nail during every application step as cure times may vary depending on the GELeration®
• Polish colour chosen! Lighter shades tend to be more sensitive and will yellow if over-cured.
• For lighter polish shades, we recommend curing in 20 second intervals when using the PRO LED 30 LAMP.
• Home Maintenance: To extend the life of their color following a GELeration® Manicure, advise clients to practice aftercare methods using JESSICA products:
  • Phenomen Oil Intensive Moisturizer
  • Nourish Therapeutic Cuticle Formula
  • Hand & Body Moisturizing Emulsion for hands, feet and skin, Hydracreme sheer moisture for hands, or Body
  • Treats hand & body lotion.
